Willetta Ar-Rahmaan (Lettie) is the pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Newton, NC and employed as an I/T consultant with a fortune 500 company.  She is a native of Hamden, Connecticut

As a traveling consultant she connects with a local church in the area for fellowship and through those connections she has been invited to preach in several pulpits, consult in ministry and facilitate workshops from the east to the west coasts.
 
--> Rev. Lettie converted from Islam, baptized and accepted her calling to the preaching ministry in 1997, was licensed in 1998 and ordained in 2005. From 2001-2010, she served the pulpit of First Baptist Church-West in Charlotte, NC as the Minister of Assimilation and advisory to the Women's Ministry. During her tenure she organized and developed a women's weekend conference in conjunction with the annual Women's Day Worship on Sunday. Lastly, she revamped the New Members Orientation process to focus on spiritual growth and what it means to be in the body of Christ.
